Unfortunately I have to re-locate to the UK and have to leave my lovely double bedroom in this shared house in Yarraville with 2 other lovely housemates. I am looking for someone to take the room on a permanent basis :-)

As with most rentals there is a bond which will be returned to you whenever you move out of the property (held in case of damages). This is $895.
Rent is paid on the 15th of every month in advance of that next month (so you are covered for the next four weeks from payment date)
Bills are divided equally between all 3 housemates and are so low that they are only about $50 per month for all bills - electric, water, gas, foxtel etc.
