The flat is fully furnished, and is just a stone throw away from trams, shops, restaurants and everything you want in CBD. You can walk to QV, Melbourne Central, Flinder Station in 10 minutes!!!
ALL BILLS are INCLUSIVE (gas, electricity, water and speedy Wi Fi internet)!!!!!!
Rent is $140per person/w if two of you are sharing one room, which means $280/w for the whole room.
$130/w if you want to stay in living room.
Share with a friendly young couple. Am ideally looking to share with full-time student/travellers.
A 4 week bond is required as deposit.
