Florian Events was established in 2001 and caters for events up to 300 guests.
Due to growth we are seeking a sou chef/kitchen hand to assist with preparation, cooking, plating up, cleaning and checking deliveries.
This is a LONG TERM ROLE, so we require you to have:
+ A desire to succeed in hospitality
+ An ability to take direction and work autonomously
+ Experience in a commercial kitchen
+ Good work ethic: quick & reliable
+ Flexible availability: Wednesday - Fridays (during the day), Saturdays & some Sundays (day and evenings)
