This house has pool, BBQ, air-con, lift and is fully decked out with the best appliances/furniture. We are professionals and are seeking like-minded person to share this space with us. We like to entertain and socialise but are particularly seeking an individual who is clean, pays their rent on time and can respect other peoples space. The room comes complete with built-in wardrobe but you will need to furnish yourself. Pictures are available on request. A bond of 1 month rent plus 1 month rent in advance is due if you are selected to occupy the room.
