I have moved to Ballarat as life in Melbourne is a little too expensive and I need someone to take over my lease in this room (which will end in July or August). This room costs $188 per week, not including bills (which is $28 per week) and is in good condition. The bond is $700. It's a double room with a bunk bed. It would suit a couple that needs cheap accommodation or someone who likes having mates sleeping over.
The room can be locked for security. There is some space for parking in the front yard. You get your own a fridge so no one can steal your food while your room is locked. It also includes a desk, wardrobe and television set. There are other benefits like free WiFi access and central heating.
There is a set of shops directly opposite the property on the other side of the road where you can conveniently order your meals. There is also a bus stop right in front of the property so you can easily find it when you're driving home at night.
