1984 Toyota FJ45 Landcruiser Troop carrier. This has been my daily driver for just over two years now and has never failed me. I have never taken it off road, as I only bought it to have something more suited to have my dogs in (more suitable then my XR falcon). Only selling to get something more suited for starting a family in the future. I purchased this rig in November 2012 from a collector who found it as a barn find, he then had it sitting in a shipping container to one day do up, but sold it due to having to many projects. This cruiser is very straight and clean and all who see it are impressed at its condition. She has always been parked under the carport and kept out of the weather. I was asked to take some further pictures of her to email someone enquiring about the her the other day and upon inspecting I found a small spot of rust near one of the windows. When I bought it the seat upholster had just been redone, but unfortunately since I have been using it for my daily driver the driver’s seat has a tear down one of the seams, please see picture. Below is the list of parts that where required and put on the car for its road worthy to years ago; New Front windscreenNew Indicator lensesNew Steering relay kitNew Drivers seat beltNew L/H door sealNew R/H door sealAll New shackle bushesNew Rear sway bar bushes and link pins In conjunction with the above I also installed nipple greasable shackle pins, so from now on it will be much easier for whoever owns this rig to keep the bushes and pins in great condition. I am also waiting on some new drum brake shoes i have bought to come as they are due to be replaced. The odometer meter hasn’t worked since I have had it and hadn’t been working before my ownership. The speedo and all other instruments work perfectly, it is just the odometer that is inactive. With that being said it has been serviced every 4 months, oils, filters and general lubrications all maintained, as it was my daily driver I needed it to be a well maintained and a reliable vehicle.
