This year Metung Fun Run will be raising funds with the Lions club to run and maintain their recently purchased Community Bus. All Metung business owners and residents are invited to join. It will be held on Sunday 13th of November 2016.
The Events
The Metung Lions Club – 10km Run starts 9.00am
The Metung Lions Club – 5km Run starts 9.00am
The Metung Lions Club - 5km Family Walk starts 9.15am
Wyanga Park Winery – Café dash for cash starts 10.15am

ROAD CLOSURES
To make this event safe for all our competitors and spectators the following roads need to close:
Closed from 8AM until 11AM
* Metung Road South of the Metung Village Store / Kurnai Avenue
* Beach Road East of Mairburn Road through to the village
* All roads in Kings Cove (limited access at times)
Closed from 8AM until 1PM
* From the Metung Bakery to Kurnai Avenue
(cars can still access Shaving Point from 10AM)
There is ample parking at the Metung Yacht Club. There is Family Fun & Entertainment: live music, entertainment, face-painting, giant slide, zorb balls and more; There will also be a Sausage sizzle and refreshments available.
