Unfurnished room available in a House at Royal Parade in Pascoe Vale South.
Able to fit in double bed and wardrobe etc comfortably.
This is a 4 bedroom house with big backyard.
$100 per week/ $435 per month
Bond of $500 required upon commencement of lease.
Who we are:
* Share with 2 females and 1 male (ages 29 - 31). We are a Community Development Student, a Chef, and a Reception Staff at Backpacker Hostel.
* This is a friendly and relaxed household :)
* 3 minutes walk to Tram Route 55 (Reynard St/Melville Rd), approximately 35 minutes to the City
* share electricity, water and gas bills on top of rent. Phone also available to share if required
* prefer longer term stay, at least 6 months
* must be OK with animals as we have 2 friendly dogs and a cat!
Who we are looking for:
* female or male OK, but preferably between the ages of late 20s to mid 30s
* responsible housemate who will help out around the house in cleaning, doing the dishes, etc
* responsible financially - able to pay rent and bills on time
* must be employed, and if a student, have a part-time job
* Unfortunately we are unable to take housemates with any animals
