This is a business'. Can earn over a $3000 per day. The laser grader (trailer on the back of the tractor) is designed and made by me the ware components are readily available of the shelf, The grader receives height instructions from a laser and stays level or if a fall is required for a tennis court etc. it can be programed in. It is designed to level loose material like sand or crushed rock and has an accuracy of about 10 mil over 3000 square meter's. and can complete that 3000 square meters in less than a day. Most of my customers are Concreters which are very good payers. and usually pay in a week.
Skills required.
Any body with backhoe or Bobcat or Earth moving equipment, experience will pick it up very quickly. Others will need training and time.

2 specialy made heavy duty aluminium ramps valued over $3000, I am willing to give 2 weeks free training (If used in Melbourne) after that there will be a charge for my time. i will supply a list of customers and phone numbers, but it is up to you to win them over.
Reason for sale
I have been in this business for 20 years and now need to retire. getting on and off the truck has had it toll and i have got what I want from this business.
Conclusion. Although this is a fully operational business, Its not quite turnkey as the truck will need a roadworthy and little jobs I never got around too should be addressed for piece of mind. This being said a bit of mechanical skill and use of tools and it can be great. This has been expressed in the initial price and you will find the second hand tractor alone is being sold at close to this price.
