Short term stay:
1 week – 1 month: $220.00 p.w per room per person (internet is $5 per month extra)
For short term stays, you are only required to sign a “general short term stay agreement”. A bond of $100 is required and will be returned to you on the last day of your stay after inspection of your room and that there are no demage to any of the property.
Long term stay:
2 months: $130.00 p.w per room per person (internet is $5 per month extra)
3 months +: $110.00 p.w per room per person (internet is $5 per month extra) Normal lease agreement and bond is required
General Rental Agreement is required to be signed by both the letting agent / landlord and the tenant. This means the bond is one month's rental in advance and all rental payment is also paid in advance.
The above rates include general utilities expenses except for internet. Should you require the usage of the internet, its $5 per month extra.
