Your role will consist of: Answer all incoming calls in a polite, courteous and professional manner, ensuring they are transferred to the correct person(s) Meet & greet Deal with incoming, outgoing post Skills required: Previous receptionist experience Microsoft Word Excel (highly desirable) Good telephone manner Good communication skills Good interpersonal skills
