It is a 5 minute walk to a good patch of greenery in Carlton Gardens. Elgin Steet Coles is 10 minutes walk away. It is a 15 minutes walk to Melbourne University and 15 minutes walk to Parliament Station.
Plum between two tram lines: 96 on Nicholson Street and the 11 and 112 through the city and into Docklands or St Kilda. Bring a bike and you’ll never need to catch public transport again. There is opportunity to get a street car parking permit.

The room is available from the 10th of June, but I will happily move out anytime from now if that is more convenient. Rent is $780/per month. Lease is until October with the opportunity to renew month by month or yearly thereafter.
