I'm looking for a job in an organization with in need of a full time trainer & assessor, i have experience in delivering the CPC08 training package to overseas clients with special needs such as proper L.L.N skills, this included the first term which consist the main induction, ohns, scaffolding, work effectively & sustainably in the workplace etc. I am very good at setting up units to suit learners needs such as observations, R.P.L procedure, power point presentations, team work tasks, documentation & assessments.I also understand the AQTF rules, policies & procedures regarding training & assessment TAAIV. I'm willing to deliver all my skills, knowledge & expertise to an organization in VET.
