Available now (20th-23rd of November), we have a very ‘Large’ room with double access, an internal access and your own private sliding door which leads out to the backyard. You will be sharing with two friendly males in their late 20's-early 30's, working and studying. The house is commonly quiet but like any home, noise is expected. In this house we like to respect and help each other. The cleanliness of the house is kept to a certain level so we can all enjoy everyday living. Everyone takes turns with general daily/weekly/monthly tasks. The garden is maintained by a gardener and the only task required is to ensure rubbish is taken out each week of course! : )
**Common areas shared include:
1. Living area - shared -Dining area.
2. Large Kitchen - fully equip with plenty of cupboard space, electric cooking range hood, oven, fridge and second dining area.
3. Bathroom/Laundry- Bath/Shower, toilet, sink basin & washing machine.
The room will be provided with extra privacy and security with your own set of keys. The room has a large Study Desk provided. Other furniture you will need to provide on your own.
