I am looking for a home along the hurstbridge train line between Heidleberg and Eltham.
2 rooms, small yard, close to public transport and schools or within walking distance.
I have EXCELLENT rental/personal references and I am a very clean and quiet person and will respect your home like it is my own. I have a young daughter and a small dog who is very well behaved. He does not scratch at doors or walls or destroy things and he is fully house trained but is also happy enough as an outside dog. He was a rescue dog so is very nervous around people but honestly he is good as gold.
I just really need someone to give me a go please. And no share house options, I have been the family baby sitter for the past 2 years and I really need my own space for my daughter and myself to branch out and just enjoy being with each other again.
I can afford $280 a week rent neg for the right place. Have my bond ready to go and so can I be by the 9/12/2011
