We have a presence inside the airport at QANTAS GROUND FLOOR DOMESTIC (T1) at the Travellers Services Information Desk, and also at the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL (T2) Travellers Information Desk. Both Information Desks have our mobile / cell phone to contact us directly if you need assitance. (T2 hours of operation 6.00am to 11.00pm) This gives you real people that are able to assist you 7 days per week. (See link to Travellers Services)
